Roundup 2019 Booth Registration Form

Please read the Exhibitor Information. In signing below, you agree to adhere to all guidelines.​


  • Fees received before May 18th are $100.00 for nonprofit and governmental organizations and $125.00 for other organizations.


  • Late registration fees received between June 29th and July 19th are $125.00 for nonprofit and governmental organizations and $150 for other organizations.


  • Mail your registration form with your check payable to "Project United Services for Hispanics-PUSH” Mail Address: Project United Services for Hispanics-PUSH Po Box 3031, Mankato MN 56002 or p Pay Online   

Tables and chairs will be provide in the Roundup.

Roundup Booth Preference: No registration forms will be accepted after July 19th.

Booth fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Tables will be provide in the Roundup. No outside booths will be allowed.

Giveaways: Exhibitors should have practical giveaways or a prize for a drawing to encourage attendees to visit your booth.


Attendees will be required to visit booths prior to receiving school supplies. We are expecting 500 people to attend this year!


Exhibitor Check In begins at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

  • Setup must be completed before 10:00 a.m. when the doors open to the public.

  • Check in to receive an "Exhibitor" badge.

  • Closing: Exhibitors must stay until 1 p.m. (even if you run out of giveaways.) Please remove any trash from your booth area before leaving.
